Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit & debit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Switch, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. We also accept personal cheques and payment by Paypal.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling We aim to ship your purchases on the day the order is received, or the next day at the latest. Most goods are shipped by 1st class post, which is not insured and has no guaranteed speed of delivery. In busy times, such as Christmas, shipping may take a day longer, and speed of delivery may be affected. If you have an urgent requirement please contact us by phone or e-mail and we will do our best to speed your order up. If you wish, you can choose a guaranteed service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery which will ensure your order arrives quickly.
Our shipping costs are as follows:
Goods value up to £10- delivery charge £3.
Goods value up to £20- delivery charge £4.
All orders over £20 are post free.
